The Frugal Diva hates to be a spoil sport. Saving brings her joy however soon it will be a necessity. Let’s get back to first principles of savings.

Always join the club. Start a secondary email address and use that for every business where you register. You can quickly scan for deals while your own email is for personal use.

There is a place where you can get books, downloads, learn new computer programs, join book clubs, get tutoring and sometimes even museum tickets for free.  This wonderful place is the public library.

Everything goes on sale. Full price is just something they put on an item till they mark it down.

Same goes for all kinds of tickets. Museums have free days, theater tickets are put on discount sites, and streaming services have specials (just remember when you sign up so you can cancel at the end of the special rate).
